Fall kick-off

The Macanda team has returned to the office after two fantastic days in the archipelago, where we gathered for this year’s kick-off with the theme teamwork and communication.

Over the course of these days, we explored how we can collaborate even more effectively – both with each other and in the way we create value for our clients. Other highlights of the kick-off included engaging discussions on internal AI initiatives, a sauna session, and calming morning yoga.

Of course, no kick-off is complete without good food, laughter, and some friendly competition, which reminded us of the importance of trust and joy in everything we do.

A big thank you to everyone in the team for contributing with curiosity and insights. With such a strong team spirit we look forward to an exciting autumn filled with growth and new opportunities.
