Welcome Chris!

We are happy to welcome Chris Furniss to our team!

Chris has more than eight years of

experience in scientific writing, working across academia, industry, and consultancy in both the UK and Sweden.

He joins us from LINK Medical Research, where he held the role as a medical writer and led multiple scientific writing projects. Chris holds a PhD in microbiology from the Imperial College London, an MSc in biomedical research, and a BSc in biological sciences.

Chris joins as a consultant in market access and medical writing. His expertise and experience will contribute to Macanda’s mission to accelerate patient access to new and valuable medical innovations.
